We keep printed copies of orders for one month in a locked cabinet in our office. This includes details such as who packed each order, what items were ticked off when preparing an order, and any other relevant information that we felt was necessary to note onto the order when packing it. We believe it is important to keep this information for one month to be able to answer any queries you may raise, and also ensure we can review any issues that arise to offer the highest possible customer service level.
