We ship all our orders using a fully tracked service. Standard UK deliveries are charged at £3.99 and you may expect to receive your order within 2-4 working days if you have ordered Monday to Friday during working hours 9am - 5pm. Please note, the delivery time is indicative, we do not give any guarantees that your order will arrive within this timeframe.
All orders over £40 will be shipped free of charge using our standard delivery service.
We also offer Fast Track UK Delivery which is fully tracked and you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 working days if you have ordered Monday to Friday during working hours which are 9am - 5pm.. The cost of this service is £9.50.
If you live in Berkshire, we offer FREE DELIVERY within the following postcodes: RG1, RG2, RG3, RG4, RG5, RG6, RG7, RG12, RG30, RG31, RG40, RG41, RG42, RG45, GU19, GU20 and SL5. Please select Local Delivery at the checkout.
In some cases, signature may be required on receipt.
European Deliveries
£12.95 (or £10.00 for orders over £50.00)
We only offer tracked delivery to Europe to ensure your order arrives safely and in good time. Deliveries will be sent either by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service, or by a courier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please note we are a UK based business and following Brexit, you may have to pay custom duties and other charges on delivery. This may vary from country to country and may depend on the value of your order however, we strongly advise you check local regulations before placing an order with us.

Delivery Outside Europe
The website is currently set up for delivery within Europe only due to the wide range of products we sell and different rules for exporting different products to countries outside of Europe.
Packaging
We are happy to confirm that all our parcels are sent with plastic free packaging. All your orders are packed up carefully by our dispatch team, using cardboard boxes, corrugated card or paper envelopes. Any padding used is paper or cardboard.
