To keep your dish in tip top condition and reduce soap build up gently rinse with warm water every few days and dry thoroughly with a cotton cloth before reusing. To add extra nourishment and extend the life of your bamboo dish simply add a drop of olive oil to the surface of the clean dry dish and wipe over removing any excess oil.
